Jillibean Soup Sketch..., the Scrapping Nook, and a Weekend Update!

Easter is just around the corner, and I thought I would play along with March Sketch challenge at Jillibean soup! I super LOVE all their new releases, and was looking forward to using their paper and embellies for this sketch.... I picked up this collection at The Scrapping Nook...  Here is the layout:

I was also lucky enough to get the COCONUT LIME SOUP as my design team kit this past month! So far I have created two layouts... with a card (although I forgot to take a picture of my card, so you will have to wait for it :)

This weekend was a boring one for us :(.... Josh had ball hockey, and Taryn was away at a tournament all day. Jordan went to a sleepover, and then volunteered with her friends family at the sugar bush... (SHE LOVED IT!)  I wish I gave her my old camera to take some pictures! She was helping out at the cashier, and even got to "dress up"as a squirel and high five younger kids in the sugar bush... she must have had a blast!  On Sunday, Taryn got asked to work over time, so once again, I was stranded with the kiddos in my house (no extra car this weekend!).... needless to say the laundry is ALL done, the house is clean, I think I MIGHT be caught up on some scrappy assignments, and I got all my monthly daycare duties/paperwork done for this month!  So, I guess on the brighter side, it clears up more for the Long Easter Weekend ahead!
