Blah... Blah.. .Blah....

The past couple of days I have been battling a very yucky flu, and have been closed in the daycare for a couple of days with a fever of 102.  I usually bounce back pretty quick, and finally after 28hours, it has now turned into just a nasty cold (lucky me!).   It's been a busy last few days still, and will do a quick recap for you!

Thursday: I became a new mamma! To Scrappy Doo (and the name came with her too!).  Taryn and I decided that the kids needed a pet, so off we went to the adoption place at the mall.  Taryn and I liked the same kitten, and she seemed to take the kids really well! The best part is, that it was a surprize the kids had no idea that the kitten was ours to take home. Jordan was jumping up and down at the mall, Josh just kept saying,... Seriously??  Taylor really didn't know what was going on.  So world, meet Scrappy Doo:

This past weekend was a blur with Jordan in her first basketball tournament.  She absolutely loved playing, and hanging out with the girls on her team.  Now she can't wait for an away tournament!

Busy getting presents wrapped now, and getting everything ready! I did get a chance the past week to pull some of my stash that I have been wanting to play with. Here is a layout using Simple Stories, SN@P collection! I love this collection, and hope to start a mini soon with it!  Here is the layout:
