TOP TEN BLOG HOP

Its hard to believe we are near the end of a year... and what a wonderful scrappy year it was for me! I was truly blessed to create and design for my most favorite design teams- Doodlebug Design, Bella Blvd, and Imaginisce.  I also was in awe that I was chosen to design for Canadian Scrapbooker Magazine... an amazing experience to work with such a wonderful, inspiring group of ladies. Lastly the challenge blog: Inspiration Elevator pushed me to create layouts with new techniques, different ideas that I would never even thing of attempting... it truly was a great experience!  Looking back on my creative resume, its hard to believe that I had just over 40 publications! I know, jaw dropping! Here are some of my most favorite layouts from the past year:

One of my favourite projects too was my advent calendar by Doodlebug Design BUT I also still haven't shared my next favorite project.

One thing I did miss this year, was not making as many cards... I REALLY missed making cards! I don't know if I just shyed away from them because with the design teams I was on, I was drawn to layouts and altered projects... BUT I promise you that will change in 2014 (stay tuned!.... hehehe!) So today I thought I would share with you my three most favorite cards of 2014, and funny enough, I made them this past week, and they are up on the BOYS RULE KITS yesterday as well!

So have you had a great scrappy year?  2014 is going to be AWESOME... I am rejoining ALL of my design teams (yes I was doing the happy dance for all of them)- Imaginisce, Bella Blvd, Doodlebug Design and YES... I even got asked back for Canadian Scrapbooker! EKKKK!!!! :) :) :)  Some tricks up my sleeve as I commit to more card making, and completing PROJECT LIFE... yes thats right, attempt #2 for Project Life, I can do it, right???

So, nothing like a prize to get this blog hop going right?? So I have for the lucky winner....  A fun filled package of scrappy goodness... yep a little bit of love from all my favorite companies, a way to say a BIG THANKS for reading my blog,..(SO apologize for the bad photo! but I will add more with the more followers I get!)

  9. Hi, I am a new follower...as for resolutions, I never make any bc then I am not as sad when I don't keep them lol! As for project life, I don't do it, but I did a Dec. Daily for the first time this yr. My tip: Jot a quick sentence on your calendar about what was going on that day...then when you sit down to scrap, you will remember what was happening!

  33. I already follow your blog through Bloglovin... My fave is the gorgeous patriotic Canadian layout. Brilliant! I don't make New Year resolutions, but if I were tempted it would be to try for a DT this year. I can only wish you good luck with PL.... I would never attempt it, as I find it actually creates more pressure. Documenting every day, and saving it, yikes. The albums would need a house of their own, I think. But lots of scrappers love it, so it obviously works!
