The Alley Way Stamps Challenge

Hi everyone! I didn't think I would get a chance to play this month, with being sick, but I managed to dig back into my scrapbook room, and play a bit at lunch time with one of the new Alley Way Stamp Sets: Get the Point!  Love this stamp set, and I can see LOTS of uses in the future!  The challenge this month was this:

I was inspired by a few things- LOVED the scale, and decided to do a border of dashes and dots outside the border of my card with a sharpie marker. Next- LOVE the cherries, and had to use a cupcake with a cherry on it!  Finally the colour banners (looked like flags to me!) Once I got the new Stamp Set: Get the Point, I knew I wanted to use them as flags for this challenge!The colours inspired me too, but my green was a bit darker.  Here is the card I created:

I coloured in the monster (from the set Monster Mash) with some copics, and had him holding the banners/flags I created. I added the cupcake from the new set: Bite Size Set.  I added some glitter to the frosting of the cupcake too! My son has a birthday party to go to this weekend, and this will be the perfect card for him to give to his friend.
