January Sketchy Challenge with Canadian Scrapbboker

Opening day at CHA today! Is everyone excited! One year, I will get there, but until then, I will be stalking all my favorite blogs and facebook to get as much as I can online!  So post away friends, so we can get a glimpse of  craftiness and goodies this weekend!

It has been such a big week of sneak peeks, that I forgot to post my layout I mad for the monthly sketch challenge for Canadian Scrapbooker! I love working with sketches, and Sue Skyes makes the best sketches, that are so easy to work with!  You can find all about the Sketch Challenge: HERE. You can see all the awesome inspiration from scrappers in the Sketchy Gallery: Here.
This month, since we are in the middle of winter, I thought it was only appropriate to make a winter layout!  I chose cute paper by My Little Shoebox and added some Robin's Nest burlap by using my heart shaped spellbinders to cut them out.  Here is the layout:

Snowflake Punch; Ek Success Corner Rounder; Hearts by Spellbinders. Adhesive: Scrapbook Adhesive EZ Runner by 3L; Beacons Fabric Tac; Glossy Accents by Ranger; Best Creations Inc Foam Tape

And of course the sketch:

This weekend was suppose to be a busy weekend for us, with Jordan playing in her first away basketball tournament, BUT she got sick with a bad cold/flu/pink eye.  So we are house bound for the weekend. Josh is now busy playing soccer and then going right to basketball. He's excited to be doing more now!  Anyways, have a great weekend, and have fun with all the sneak peeks!
