Doodlebug 8 X 8 Album Inspiration

So one of my favorite things to do is go through old school photos and old school class photos!.... The problem is, I find them everywhere, so I wanted to create an album that I can add throughout the school year for each of my kids.  Doodlebugs Take Note Collection is awesome for School inspired projects, so off I went to start a project that will carry over, year after year.

I decided to start with the most recent year of my oldest daughter. She just finished her Grade Three year at Quaker Rd School  Here is what I completed so far:

I started with pictures from her first day of school. Waiting at the Bus Stop.  The next page (which I can't share the photo)  fits her class picture PERFECTLY! I love that!!!!

Some close ups:

The next page was her official school photo and some of her favourites in Grade Three.  The next page was some photos of her activities, and accomplishments! So super proud of how many activities she did, and what she accomplished!

I added a little pocket with some more team photos for her too!

I have one more page to do- last day of school & she also received the Proficiency Award for Highest Academic Achievement in her Year (third year in a row!).... so super proud of my girl!!! Hoping to tackle Josh's Album too-once I am a little more organized in the scrap room! Hoping it will be done in the next couple of weeks! Phew! I miss having a spot for everything!

Come back tomorrow for my MUST HAVE SUMMER CHA list! (it might be a bit long.... lol!)

I LOVE the idea of using the Take Note collection for a school themed album. I have been tucking school and class photos into an "empty" unstarted album for years. I'm feeling very inspired to try something like this for all those photos! :)
