Boys Kits Rules Cards

Hi everyone!  Jodi here again today to share with you my last project that I made with the Nov/Dec Kit.  Before I get started though I wanted to say a HUGE thanks for guesting over the last couple of months! I forgot how much fun it is to design with a kit!  I know if you have been on the fence about  ordering a kit, you can't go wrong with this kit (or any kit by Boys Rule Kits!) I especially love that it is so boy orientated! The scrapbook market can sometimes be hard to scrapbook and create boy projects and having all the paper and embellishments  you need at your fingertips is AWESOME! So once again a BIG thanks!

Today I wanted to show how much fun it is to create cards with this kit! I am always looking for boy cards, and I seem to always run out of them! So I thought lets show you how amazing this kit is to create some fun cards for you little man (or big man)hehehe!

I made three cards today:

For the first card I love the view finder by Basic Grey!  I knew I wanted to use the slots for part of the sentiment.  I layered the Hey BOY diecut in the centre to create the Hey Boy, I love you sentiment.  The four corner I used the Tim Holtz Rub-ons.  Here is card #1

A close up:

For the next card, it involved a lot of layering. I added the Hello bingo card and fussy cut the ROCK STAR speech bubble out of the patterned paper. I added some stickers and some rub-ons too!  I did add some twine from my stash to complete the card. Here is card #2 (hello Rock Star!)

For the last card I wanted to use the Super Hero layered stickers, so I used the Basic Grey Filmstrip piece to frame them on the card. I added some stickers to finish of the To My Boy Card:

Thanks so much again for letting me share my creations with you! It has been an absolute blast!
