Reveal Day with My Creative Scrapbook!

It's a special day today because I get to show you the awesome kit that I got to work with this month!  This month I was given the Creative Kit and it was filled with lots of bright, fun and happy papers and embellishments!  I created three layouts, and a Project Life layout too!  Here is my most favorite layout from this kit:

I used the Bella Blvd Designer Tape and shaped them into banners! I used the ric-rak to divide the pie circle, and of course lots of cute little stickers and patterned paper from the kit to bring it all together!

I REALLY wanted to use the Ice Cream paper, and even though there was pink on it, I chose the picture of my son Josh.  I cut apart the flowers in the kit because I thought they looked like the soft serve ice cream that my son just LOVES!  I put the gem that was in the centre of the flower and used it as the "cherry".

My youngest with one of her best friends from Valentines day last year! How sweet are they!! Stay tuned for more on this layout (wink,wink...)

Finally the "project"  that I really wanted to stick to this year and so far off to a great start! I wanted to do a month Project Life... one that I could do a double page spread or a couple of them... I was hestitant to dive in, but this Kit was PERFECT to get started! There will be more on this in an upcoming tutorial too... how to stretch your kit!

Loved that I have all my "monthly moments" on here!  Project life layouts have been a favourite of mine because along with the pictures they also tell the story!

So last but not least the awesome KIT!!!

Be sure to head on over to the My Creative Scrapbook Site to see all the wonderful kits and reserve your kit today!  Don't forget to drop by the Designer Gallery too for tons of eye candy and inspiration!! Have a happy Thursday!!!
